£6 delivery on orders under £100

We are currently offering free UK shipping on all orders over £100. Just enter the code FREE100 at the checkout.

Standard deliveries will normally be dispatched within 3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding UK public holidays). If this is not possible for any reason we will inform you of the delay as soon as possible.

Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Signed For First Class which usually takes 1-3 days.

International Shipping

We are happy to calculate postage costs for international customers. Please email hello@theplantroom.co with the item details and your postal address. Please note that customers outside of the UK may be required to pay local customs or duty charges. These are not included in your payment to us and your Government sets the charges.

Click and Collect (Saltaire)

A click and collect option is available from our Garden Studio in Saltaire by pre-arranged day/time following your order completion. Just select Collection from Saltaire at the checkout and we’ll be in touch.

Returns

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you do need to return an item, please email us at hello@plantroom.co to request a return within 7 days of receiving you order. You will then have 28 days to return the item(s) to us. As a small business we are unable to offer free returns, or refund the original postage cost. If your order was originally eligible for free delivery, we will deduct our standard delivery cost of £6 from the refund unless the total order still exceeds £100. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please package goods as safely as possible and ask for proof of postage.

We hope that you never receive any broken or damaged goods, but if you do we require you to photograph the damage and send us an email within 2 days of receipt of goods to hello@theplantroom.co. We will review the damage and depending on whether the item is in stock we will offer a full refund or exchange.
